I’ve finally got my butt in gear and starting to actively work on the Tao of Interface.
Just printed out the first round of ideas… which will be edited many times over in the next few months.
Name that typeface on the main left poster and win (via TipJoy).

The typeface looks quite Garamond-esque. But the ‘line bit’ of they ‘e’ is wrong as it the ‘downy bit’ of the ‘y’ so I have no idea.
To be honest, old style serif typefaces don’t turn me on all that much. I’m a humanist sans-serif typeface fanboy – rock on Myriad Pro (in text and semibold).
In other news, one day I’ll go to design school and learn how to describe the downy bits and liney bits of typefaces.
